What is the dosage and how should it be used?
Fluconazole comes in a tablet and liquid form to be taken by mouth.
Take fluconazole exactly as directed by your doctor. Do not take more or less of it or take it more often than prescribed by your doctor.
Your doctor may tell you to take a double dose of fluconazole on the first day of your treatment. Follow these directions carefully.
It is usually taken once a day.
Shake the liquid well before each use to mix the medication evenly.
Continue to take fluconazole even if you feel well and never stop taking fluconazole without first talking with your doctor.
